Increase in Impact Factor of the IJ Radiology
The Iranian Journal of Radiology (IJR) has achieved a significant milestone in 2024 with its Impact Factor rising from 0.2 to 0.4. This notable progress reflects the journal's growing international recognition and the continued efforts of its editorial board, reviewers, and contributors. As Iran’s first radiology journal, IJR continues to publish high-quality research in medical imaging, supported by Tehran University of Medical Sciences and the Center for Advanced and Interventional Radiology Research.
According to the Public Relations Office of the Center for Advanced and Interventional Radiology Research at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, the Iranian Journal of Radiology (IJR) has seen a significant increase in its Impact Factor in 2024, rising from 0.2 to 0.4. This valuable achievement marks an important step toward strengthening the international standing of this specialized journal in the field of medical imaging.
Published under the scientific auspices of Tehran University of Medical Sciences and supported by the Center for Advanced and Interventional Radiology Research, the Iranian Journal of Radiology has been active since 2003. It is a quarterly, English-language publication.
