Reliability of determination of bony landmarks of the distal femur on mr images and mri based 3d models
This study assessed the reliability of identifying knee epicondyle landmarks on 2D MRI and 3D MRI-based models. Both intra- and inter-observer reliability were excellent (ICC > 0.97), with small measurement errors. The findings confirm that landmark determination using MRI and 3D models is highly reliable.
Uncommon Patterns of Intracranial Aneurysms: A Pictorial Essay
“Landmark identification on 2D MRI and 3D MRI-based knee models showed excellent reliability (ICC > 0.97) with minimal errors.”
Improvement of White Matter Fiber Tracking Based on Diffusion-Tensor MR Imaging Data Using Modified Speed Functions
White matter tractography is a non-invasive method, which reconstructs three-dimensional trajectories of the brain tracts using diffusion-tensor imaging (DTI) data. Due to the partial volume effect of DTI data, some of tractography algorithms are unable to follow the correct pathways after the crossing and branching regions. The main challenge for tractography methods has been the ability to detect these regions. Fast marching techniques are capable of tracking the fibers with wide spreading
